Dispatch & processing
Orders placed before 2pm AEST on a business day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after the cut-off, on weekends or public holidays are dispatched the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email when you order and a tracking link as soon as it ships.
Delivery times
Delivery estimates begin once your order leaves our warehouse. Metro areas are typically faster than regional and remote areas. Estimates are provided by Australia Post and our couriers and are not guaranteed, particularly during sale periods and peak holiday seasons.
Tracking your order
Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can also reply to your confirmation email or use our contact form and we'll help track it down.
Delivery area
We currently ship to all Australian states and territories. We do not ship internationally. PO Box and Parcel Locker deliveries are accepted via Australia Post.
Failed or returned deliveries
If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable (incorrect address, unclaimed, or age could not be verified), we'll contact you to arrange re-delivery. A re-delivery fee may apply. See our Refund Policy for details.
